Are your products made with natural ingredients?
- YES! All of our products are made with natural ingredients that are carefully put together to grow, strengthen, and moisturize your hair.
How do I contact you with a question?
- If you need to contact us about any questions or concerns, just send us a e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Thank you for shopping with All Her Hair Care. At this time, we do not offer returns. All sales are final.
- All Her Hair Care wants you to be fully satisfied with your items. We only exchange items that were damage during transit. You have 5 days once delivered to contact us about your damage item(s). If you need to exchange your item(s) please send a email to email@example.com for further instructions.
General Shipping Policy
- We process and assemble orders daily Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends. All processed and assemble items are generally ship within 2 business days.
Order Processing Times
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your orders to be process. All items processed up to 9pm (EST) will be generally ship the next business day. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. The customer will receive a tracking number once the order is process to get up to date tracking information
Incorrect Shipping Information
- If a package is return due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. All Her Hair Care is not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. No refund will be issue if any part of the address are incorrect.
